Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
ishah ("ishah," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing high-quality medical devices and healthcare solutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, and returns for transactions made through our website and authorized sales channels.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders for medical devices and equipment can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the order processing and fulfillment will have begun.
- To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team at support@ishah.com with the order number and relevant details.
- Cancellations may not be possible for products that have been customized, specially ordered, or fall under regulatory restrictions.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payments: If a customer’s account has been charged multiple times due to a technical error, the excess amount (excluding payment gateway charges) will be refunded.
- Unsuccessful Transactions: If payment is deducted from a customer’s bank/card but the order is not processed successfully due to a system error, the customer will either be provided with the product/service at no additional cost or can opt for a refund of the net amount (excluding payment gateway charges).
- Product Defect or Damage: If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund. A valid proof (images/videos) of the damaged product must be submitted.
- Non-Delivery of Product:If an order is not delivered due to logistical issues or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the customer may request a full refund.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to refunds@ishah.com along with the transaction number and payment receipt.
4. Processing of Refunds
- Refund applications are manually reviewed and processed after verification.
- If found valid, refunds will be credited through electronic transfer to the original payment method within 7-21 business days.
- The actual time for the refund to reflect in the customer’s bank account will depend on their bank’s policy.
5. Returns & Replacement Policy
- Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged during transit, or not as described.
- Medical devices, once opened and used, cannot be returned due to hygiene and regulatory reasons.
- Customers must return products in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
- Replacement requests will be processed only after the defective product is received and inspected.
6. Exceptions to Refund & Cancellation Policy
ishah assumes no responsibility for failed transactions or non-processed refunds due to any of the following circumstances:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or invalid payment details provided by the customer.
- Insufficient funds or payment limits set by the customer’s bank or financial institution.
- Legal or regulatory restrictions preventing the refund.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, and cyberattacks.
7. Disputes & Arbitration
- Any dispute, claim, or controversy related to cancellations, refunds, or payments shall be resolved under the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Disputes shall be settled individually and not consolidated with any other claims.
